Jackie (nee Jerris), age 59 years, passed away May 11, 2013. Beloved daughter of the late Max and Renee Jerris, devoted mother of Max Zachary (Sherri) Peretzky, loving grandmother of Max Peretzky, adoring cat owner and friend of Maryellen Peretzky.
